Experienced Facilitators:
We combine in-depth experience in areas of HR and Outplacement companies, including recruitment of talent in multinational companies and preparing others for a winning approach to a job search. We have managed successful research of opportunities for our candidates and have assisted them to create added value in the eyes of the interviewer. We have been working with candidates in business areas such as credit, banking, telecommunications and FMCG.

Alison Bazeley:

Alison is British with over 20 years working in Spanish-speaking countries.  She is certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation and by the Coaches Training Institute, and has 19 years HR experience in FMCG multinationals.  For 9 years she participated as HR Director on the local leadership team.  She specialises in career transition and change management.

 

Mar Ruiz:

Coaching and training-design professional with more than 22 years experience in international teams and people development areas. Possessing excellent management skills, Mar has experience of changing environments and a successful track record of career transition cases. She has a Master certification in coaching from Universidad Camilo José Cela and from the International Coaching Community. She has a proven ability to exceed expectations of all stakeholders involved in projects such as outplacement, customer experience schemes, training, mentoring or group facilitation.
